Lindsay Hardt RN, CCRN, LNC
Lindsay is a highly skilled and dedicated nurse with 15 years of experience, specializing in critical care and oncology. Over the course of her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings, consistently delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Lindsay holds a national certification in critical care nursing and serves as a member of the Nurse Quality Council. She has earned numerous nominations and awards from patients and colleagues, recognizing her exemplary patient care and advocacy. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and unwavering commitment to achieving optimal outcomes, Lindsay is dedicated to delivering exceptional work with the objective of aiding the sick and injured.
Alaina Farnan BSN, RN, CCRN, LNC
Alaina is an experienced healthcare professional with 12 years of nursing experience and a strong background in critical care, quality management, and nursing leadership. A proud member of the U.S. Coast Guard from 2001 to 2011, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and national certification in critical care nursing. Her diverse expertise enables her to bring both clinical and leadership skills to the team, ensuring the highest standards of care and optimal patient outcomes. Alaina is highly regarded for her influence and commitment to providing exceptional care by utilizing best practices and making a positive impact in her field.
